New World Trip



Today for school we went new world and at New World we where learning about labels, labels show us that if it is good or not. And we had a list (We were in groups) about categories like bread, cereal, muesli and dairy products so we had to see that best in that categorie and the worst in the categorie. Me, Ambah, Oscar and Asif where checking the sodium, sugar and every thing else and we were writing on our list.

We found out that most of the muslie bars were really sugary most of the cereals as well. The cereal I recommend is Uncle toby's oats and Weet-Bix and the muslies I recommend is Tasti and Nice and Natural.
Well why we did this is to get a healthier lunch.

After that we finished the list on the back we had to find specific colured fruit and vegies. After that we headed back to school.


Some unhealthier foods which you shouldn't eat that much is chocolate, chocolate has A LOT OF SUGAR. Like Fizzy Drinks. Did you know that the 2.25 litre lime drink has 70 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR. You shouldn't eat sugary food products alot because sugar is dreadful for you. So you should eat stuff like this onnce every 4 or 5 weeks


Tip on how to read a label. How to read a label is simple is you go to the per 100g coloum and read of that. It should have less than 10g of sugar, it should have less than 10g of fat. not to much energy and salt and you should be good to buy it
